In which cities do you provide accommodation?Currently, we are available only in Pune, but we will soon expand to other cities.

Do you also provide meals?No. However, there will be a kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances for you to cook for yourself.

When will I receive my security deposit money?We require our tenants to give a notice one month before leaving. In that case, we will return your entire deposit on the last day of your tenancy.

What is your "Refer and Earn" policy?You can refer your friends and acquaintances about our PG. If they also join our PG, then you will be rewarded.

Are there any additional costs?We pay a base contribution to cover the electricity, but if the bill exceeds the base amount, the tenants must contribute to cover the additional amount. We require our tenants to collectively pay for the gas that is consumed.

Are co-living PGs available?No. Currently, we only provide seperate PGs for males and females.

Can I visit before signing up?Absolutely. You can book a free tour anytime — no strings attached. We’ll show you around and help you choose the best plan for your needs.
